While dermal fillers, such as Juvederm® and Restylane®, help to provide temporary results, a lip lift is a permanent solution that restores the Cupid’s bow for naturally shaped lips with enhanced lip proportions and a natural fullness.

During your one-on-one consultation, Dr. Park will listen to your concerns and develop a fully customized treatment plan to help you achieve your aesthetic goals. We believe in tailoring each surgery to the needs of the patient, and never want you to have more surgery than is necessary for the most natural-looking results.
Procedure
During lip lift surgery, Dr. Park will shorten the space between the bottom of the nose and the top of the lips (the philtrum) by carving out a strip of skin just below the nostrils and raising the vermilion border (the edges of the lips). Once the lift is complete, the small incisions will be carefully and meticulously closed. The surgery is performed in a private operating suite under local anesthesia. The entire procedure takes approximately 1 hour to complete.
Recovery
After surgery, you may experience mild swelling, bruising and tenderness in the treated area. Most patients are able to return to their normal daily activities 3 days following their surgery. While some results may be visible immediately following surgery, final results will gradually emerge during the next several weeks once all the swelling subsides.
