Through our partnership with Acorn Biolabs, AIREM offers advanced stem cell–derived regenerative treatments for hair restoration and skin rejuvenation.
The process begins with the collection of approximately 50 hair follicles, an abundant source of stem cells. These cells are cryogenically preserved at –196°C, effectively pausing the aging process and maintaining their potency for future use. Patients may choose to bank their stem cells long-term, allowing access to future regenerative therapies as new advancements become available.
Using the patient’s own preserved stem cells, a personalized secretome serum is created. This proprietary serum contains billions of bioactive molecules—including growth factors, exosomes, peptides, and cytokines—that support cellular repair and regeneration. The secretome is incorporated into professional aesthetic treatments, such as RF microneedling, laser and microchannelling, as well as advanced hair restoration procedures to enhance results, accelerate healing, and stimulate renewal at a cellular level.

How is the secretome product applied?
Your personalized secretome product is applied only in a medical setting by a trained professional. It is designed to be used topically and paired with an aesthetic procedure such as microneedling, laser resurfacing or microchanneling, which temporarily open micro-channels in the skin to support product absorption.
Is the hair harvesting painful?
No—hair harvesting is minimally invasive and typically takes under 30 minutes. An AIREM Beauty Expert uses a specialized tool to gently collect small groups of hair follicles, reaching a total of approximately 50 follicles. The follicles are then sent to a specialized lab for processing.
How long before I see results?
Many patients experience visible improvements within just a few weeks after their first treatment.
- Please do not dye or chemically treat your hair the day before your collection appointment.
- Inform us in advance if you have hair extensions (clip-in, weft, or sewn) so the collector can schedule accordingly.
- Arrive with clean hair whenever possible and minimal to no styling products. A small amount of product is acceptable, but excess product can interfere with traction during collection.
- The collection area will be cleansed with a sterile alcohol pad immediately following the procedure.
- You may resume your normal hair routine right away, unless otherwise advised by your provider.
